Youth Biz Challenge

The YBC Business Challenge is jointly created by BoundlessVenture and Babson College. It is themed around contemporary business topics and trends to help high school students make strides in the field of business, promote diversified education development, provide comprehensive business talents for the world, and ensure continuous and sustainable economic development in the future. The challenge aims to cultivate in students an entrepreneurial spirit of innovation, risk-taking, and seizing opportunities, enabling them to approach matters with a rational perspective and keep pace with the times, becoming the trendsetters of the new era. It aims to assist every ambitious youth participating in YBC to apply to prestigious universities worldwide and move on to their next stage. With the momentum of the dragon, we forge ahead.

Four weeks of online courses before the competition, with two to three hours per week, totaling 12h

Introduction to case analysis methods, formal preparation begins 4:00-5:00

Day 2

Guest Lectures 10:00-11:30

Bidding Preparation 14:30-17:00

Social Evening 19:00-20:30

Free Market 2:30-4:00

Simulated Bidding Meeting 9:30-12:00

Beijing Station

Beijing, undoubtedly, is the most familiar city to all Chinese people. It enjoys extremely high visibility and status both domestically and internationally, not only in terms of its background, fame, iconic buildings, and culture. We chose Beijing as the first stop of YBC because of its concentration of universities and unparalleled international influence.

Hangzhou Station

Hangzhou, as the city with the most development potential in China in recent years, has risen 38 places in the world city rankings in 4 years. Therefore, the unique entrepreneurial atmosphere and distinctive urban temperament of Hangzhou are what YBC is looking for. Moreover, this aligns with the innovative development direction of Babson College. The entrepreneurial opportunities provided here can also help everyone better grasp the future and move forward bravely.
